SALES CONSULTANTS (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Conducts project presentation and site viewing
- Prospects and finds new clients
- Ensures closing of sales
- Facilitates after-sales service
- Ensures collection of required documents
- Manning of project exhibit and booths
Qualifications:
- At least college graduate
- 18-35 years old
- Preferably Male
- Currently residing in Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo, or Angono, Rizal
- Preferably with 1-2 years sales experience in the following industries: Real Estate, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive
- Preferably has strong network of client in luxury or high-end cars or real estate
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate and has basic knowledge of MS Office products
- Highly motivated, articulate, and personable
- Willing to undergo 1 month training, project orientation, booth and exhibit manning, and team meetings

MARKETING PARTNERS (Part-time)
Description:
Our Marketing Partners are accredited sellers on a part-time basis. They encourage prospective homeowners or investors to choose a Filinvest property because of each project's individual advantage and benefits. They have no time-in, time-out, working hours, nor quotas. They have the liberty and luxury of time in marketing and selling our properties.
Marketing Partners are considered by Filinvest as the front-liners of the company. For you to be knowledgeable about Filinvest and the real estate industry, we will equip you with all the things that you need like a Seller's ID, ATM Card, project maps and flyers, and project orientations.
Responsibilities:
- To encourage possible buyers of the advantages of buying a property under Filinvest Land Inc.
- To assist customers in buying the properties that is most suitable to their needs.
Qualifications:
There is no qualification to be a Filinvest Marketing Partner. Whether you are an employee, student, housewife, Overseas Filipino Worker, or even retirees who have a passion in the real estate industry, we want you to be part of our team! Ideally, you are customer-focused and service-oriented; you must also be a self-starter; motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset; and good in oral and written communication skills.
Procedures:
- Email your resume or CV to info@filinvesthavila.com with subject as "Accreditation for Marketing Partner".
- We will assign our Sales Consultant to contact you and brief you about Filinvest and other projects that you wish to market/sell
- Prepare your TIN ID (proof of TIN number) and two valid government-issued IDs (Passport, Driver's License, SSS, GSIS, PRC License, etc)
- To complete the accreditation, you will be asked to open an ATM account with Eastwest Bank-Pasig Branch
- You will be invited to one Saturday of project orientation and basic amortization computation (1 hour)
- One of our Sales Manager will further welcome you and discuss the opportunities of a Filinvest Marketing Partner
- Lastly, you will be toured by our Sales Consultant and Sales Manager to the project that you wish to market. (2-3 hours)
